About Smiles & Co. & Dr. Jessica Mattern

Dr. Jess has over a decade of experience in pediatric dentistry and even more in working with children and individuals with special needs, which led her to specialize in this field. Originally from Arizona, she obtained a B.S. in Physiology from the University of Arizona and a D.D.S. from Creighton School of Dentistry, followed by her pediatric dentistry training at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Jess is actively involved in philanthropy, community service, and various dental societies. She has also served as adjunct faculty at the University of Illinois and is affiliated with numerous professional organizations, including the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

With her vision of a modern, kid-friendly dental practice focused on delivering superior patient and parent experiences combined with her conservative treatment philosophy and experience, Dr. Jess looks forward to creating long lasting relationships and smiles with all of her patients.
