Membership FAQs

  • As a member, besides unlimited access to our play area during open play hours, you will also receive discounts on events, party packages and cafe purchases.

  • You will be charged on the same date each month as the day you originally purchased your membership.

  • Sorry, currently we don’t have the capability to pause memberships.

  • You can cancel your membership at least 72 hours before your next payment date, either in person or by emailing us at info@winniesplayroom.com.

  • You can sign up by visiting us in person or online.
