Let’s Celebrate at Winnie’s!

For events exceeding 32 guests (ages 7+), an additional $250 per 10 guests applies.

Each 10-guest add-on includes:

• One 8’ wood farm table

• White folding wedding chairs

A maximum of 50 additional guests may be added (up to five farm tables).

Please note: Adding farm tables will reduce the size of the play area. You may choose not to add additional tables in order to maximize play space; however, the $250 per 10 additional guests fee still applies.

Additional guests can be added under “Additional Services.”

2-hour party (+30 minutes set up and +15 minutes clean up, 2hr 45 total).

Additional hours could be added to the 4pm slot in Additional Services.

Outside Vendor Policy

This policy does not apply to food or catering deliveries dropped off inside the entrance. Please consider our Additional Services above for a seamless booking experience.

All outside vendors must receive approval before the event. A $150 fee applies when bringing in an outside vendor.

• Solo owner-vendors: The host must book and pay the vendors own business directly. The owner must personally perform without assistants or substitutes, sign our vendor agreement, and submit a declaration confirming eligibility to operate without workers’ compensation insurance.

• Companies sending staff: The company must sign our vendor agreement and provide proof of workers’ compensation coverage applicable to everyone working onsite. Independent contractor status alone does not satisfy this requirement.

Insurance Documents Required

All vendors must provide a current certificate of insurance and supporting endorsements or policy provisions confirming:

• General liability coverage for the activities.

• Both Monroe LLC and Loft Monroe LLC DBA Winnie's Playroom as additional insureds under general liability on a primary and noncontributory basis.

• A waiver of subrogation in favor of both entities under general liability and, when required, workers’ compensation.

Applicable blanket endorsements are acceptable when their conditions are satisfied. Please ask your insurance agent to submit the certificate and supporting documents together and identify both entities and these protections in the certificate’s Description of Operations. Certificate wording alone does not replace the supporting documents.

Submission and Approval Deadlines

Please submit all required documents at least 14 days before your event. Final vendor approval must be obtained at least 7 days before the event. Late submissions may not be accepted. Please obtain approval before finalizing your outside vendor booking.
