To ensure a safe and professional environment for all events, all vendors working at our venue are required to provide proof of insurance prior to arrival. This helps protect our clients, guests, and all parties involved.

Certificate of Insurance (COI)

All vendors must submit a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) at least 14 days prior to the event date. The COI must be issued by a licensed insurance provider and include the following:

1. General Liability Insurance

Vendors must carry Commercial General Liability Insurance with minimum limits of:

• $1,000,000 per occurrence

• $2,000,000 aggregate

Requirements:

• Must cover bodily injury and property damage

• Loft Monroe LLC must be listed as Additional Insured

• Coverage must be valid for the event date(s)

2. Workers’ Compensation Insurance

Vendors with employees are required to carry Workers’ Compensation Insurance in accordance with state law.

Requirements:

• Must include statutory limits as required by law

• Must include Employer’s Liability coverage

If the vendor has no employees:

• A written statement or waiver indicating exemption from Workers’ Compensation must be provided

3. Automobile Liability Insurance (if applicable)

If vehicles will be used onsite (e.g., catering vans, delivery trucks), vendors must carry:

• $1,000,000 combined single limit

• The vendor’s legal business name must match all documentation

• Policies must be active and not expired

• Coverage may not be canceled without prior notice to the venue

• Subcontractors must meet the same insurance requirements
